What visitors need
Camera and access-control installers sell to property and office managers who want a number and a date, yet most of their sites stop at "request a quote", and what happens after the form lives in phone calls and spreadsheets.
EXAMPLE SITE / Security and access-control installer
A site and the system behind it for a Las Vegas security and access-control installer: a request priced and booked on the public site lands in the operator console, and every move there shows in the client's portal.

Camera and access-control installers sell to property and office managers who want a number and a date, yet most of their sites stop at "request a quote", and what happens after the form lives in phone calls and spreadsheets.
We built the whole loop. The site prices the scope as the buyer describes it and books a survey against it; the console runs that request through survey, quote, deposit, install and monitoring beside a dispatch queue, device registry, credentials and inspections; the portal shows the client the same project, their devices, their tickets and their door access.
A working fictional system in the browser: book a survey on the site, move it along in the console, accept the quote in the portal and watch the monitoring revenue tick up, with tickets and credentials flowing both ways.

DESIGN CHOICES
Cameras, retention days, named reader doors, drops and a monitoring plan build a live range, a parts list and a monthly line, then book a weekday survey against it.
A survey booked on the site lands in the console's pipeline; every move there (quote, deposit, install, switch-on) shows in the client's portal, live across tabs.
Licence classification, numbers and insurance limits in a plain table, clearly marked fictional, instead of badges and fear copy.
