Three ways to work with us
We take on events with an overall budget from $80,000. Fees are ours; everything we buy for your event is passed on at cost, with receipts.
Full planning

For weddings and large evenings, booked nine to eighteen months out.

Design and decor
From $24,000 design fee, production at cost
When you have a planner or a venue team, and want us for the room.

Process
From first note to the last car
Enquiry · Today
The kind of event, the date and the numbers. A moodboard helps; it isn't required.
Discovery call · Within a week
Forty-five minutes with Margaux and Ines about the day, the guests and what you pinned.
Proposal · A week after the call
A written scope and fee. Nothing is held until you sign and pay a 30% retainer.
Design · Two to three months
Floor plan, florals, light and table, ending with a sample place setting you can sit at.
The day · On the night
We install, run the timeline, and stay until the last car has gone. Strike is the same night.

Show us the room you can see
Choose from the palettes, flowers, light and tables we work with most. The board composes as you go, and travels with your enquiry, so our first call starts with your taste.

Ines reads every enquiry herself and replies within two working days, usually with three times for a call. We take twenty-four events a year, so the sooner the better.
