A custom cake bakery's site where you build the cake against a live drawing and a running price, then pick a date the kitchen can actually meet.
People ordering a celebration cake worry whether it will feed everyone, whether it will be ready on the day and whether it's safe for the guest with an allergy. Most bakery sites answer with a gallery, a contact form and a phone call about dates.
We set the page as a baker's order ticket: sizes say how many they serve, every choice redraws the cake and adds to the total in the open, the calendar greys out days inside the lead time or already full and says why, and ticked allergies are checked against the sponge and filling before the order can go in.
A complete fictional bakery: tiered cakes move the earliest date out to ten days, delivery drops Sundays and Tuesdays, a nut allergy catches the pistachio praline, past cakes load straight into the builder, and the counter holds pastries for pickup before 2 pm.

DESIGN CHOICES
A cream page ruled like a baker's order ticket, a soft round serif for headings and jam red kept for actions, chosen options and the running total.
An SVG drawing redraws tiers, sponge, filling, coat colour, decoration and the message piped in script with every choice, beside a cut slice and a ticket that adds up in the open.
Days inside the three- or ten-day lead time, Mondays, fully booked days and taken tiered Saturdays are greyed with the reason, and allergies are checked against the cake before it can be ordered.
