A site and the system behind it for a Phoenix electrical contractor who installs EV chargers and wires solar monitoring, irrigation and pool controls: a job qualified and paid on the site lands in the console, and every permit, inspection and rebate shows in the customer's portal.
Charger and outdoor-systems installers sell a job whose price depends on the panel, the car and the run, and whose date depends on the city. Most of their sites stop at a contact form, and the permits, rebate forms and seasonal visits behind them live in phone calls and spreadsheets.
We put the electrician's questions first. The site runs a load check, prices the circuit line by line with the rebates that still pay, and takes a deposit that holds a date; the console runs the job through permit, install and inspection beside a rebate tracker, the valley's seasonal calendar and daily routes; the portal shows the customer the same job, their production or charging, and their visits.
A working fictional system in the browser: price a charger on the site, file its permit and pass its inspection in the console, and watch the customer's portal follow, with rebates, seasonal visits and service requests flowing both ways.

DESIGN CHOICES
Panel rating, cooling, appliances, car and run length feed a simplified load calculation, so the quote names the circuit (48, 40 or 32 A, a load manager or an upgrade) before anyone drives out.
A deposit holds a date; the console files the permit, records the approval, the install and the city's inspection, and the customer's portal shows each step with its permit number.
Irrigation seasons, pool service and post-monsoon solar check-ups laid out by month, queued as visits and routed by day and technician.
